To help protect TrueCaliber.com and all of its customers, we require all purchasing customers to verify their identity before orders will be shipped. Detailed instructions will be sent via email to all customers who make complete orders and have not yet verified their identity. Verification is completed by emailing or faxing a valid U.S Government issued identification card to the location provided. TrueCaliber.com does not share or sell personal information with any third parties. Personal information kept on TrueCaliber.com systems is secured and protected. Address information collected at checkout time is used as a convenience for future purchases. Credit card data is never stored on our systems.
Due to local, state and federal laws, TrueCaliber.com cannot ship to the following states. Our order system is designed to reject any orders shipped to restricted states. Any attempts to circumvent the restrictions will lead to canceled orders and cancellation fees.
We stand by all of the products we have available through TrueCaliber.com, but understand that issues do arise. We accept any returns on unopened products within 30 days of placing an order. The customer assumes responsibilty for incurred shipping cost in the event of a return. Any orders outside of 30 days or on products that have been opened and used, need to be first approved by our customer service team. Order tracking is available to any orders purchased on TrueCaliber.com. Included in your order receipt will be a UPS tracking number that can be used to retrieve shipping time estimates.
Once a customer's order has been entrusted to UPS, TrueCaliber.com no longer has control over the package. The responsibility and safety of the package is transfered to the customer upon delivery. Please make sure to have a safe location available for delivery. We require signatures for all product deliveries.
TrueCaliber.com collects a customer email address as part of our registration process. Emails are used to communicate purchases and order status updates. Occasionally, TrueCaliber.com will elect to send out customer newsletters that include new inventory, discounted prices or general updates to our store. We will never sell or otherwise release customer contact information.
